Main blog looks great but I think you can still make the classifieds section to look more like your blog. Perhaps by using the color theme/style of your main blog with classipress.

Yes I do agree I will be tweaking things to have the same 'look and feel' all the way through. I am going to be launching a Forums section as well so that will require the same makeover.

I am but one man with one coffee maker ....I think it's time I invest in a second one and then maybe I'll get all the tasks done that I need to!

you made the thread to advertise for you site...
and the classipress theme is not diffrent from the orginal.

There is nothing stating it has to be - it is simply a forum to showcase sites that are using the theme.

Also - it's just gone live now ... still time to tweak and customize which will happen.

I could make your Classipress match your theme if you're interested.
