    Since i cannot update my OP, here is an update.

    I made some (imo kickass) modifications:
    • CSS outerglow and slight opacity change on job-listings
    • Custom Tooltip over sidebar on joblistings containing title, logo and excerpt
    • CSS Dropshadows on tooltips

    Nice site. I liked that you played with violet. Blends in well. The slider is original too.
