Support here sucks and trying to find a PHONE number for refund.
No phone number, same **** .. disable plug ins bla bla bla, but have none, just want money back....

Vantage is a Scam ( thank GOD didnt try others from here )

oh man.. you seem to be really pissed .. well, support here (and you are right) isn't lightning fast, but appthemes staff are really good gang.. about the support - have you tried vantage categories?

I'm not using vantage myself, but everything should be very straight forward .. is it setup you need help to?

p.s. your thread did remind me my own hate explosions when buying themes at themesforest .. sometimes they go weeks in silence

You say the support sucks, but you've only made 4 forum posts and they were all over the weekend?
People have days off you know.

Ive tried to get ahold of them befor.. always same crap, the latest is due to nature of our business they dont do refunds. Thats it... take the money and run...
