Where do you post general Appthemes questions?

There seems to be a forum for every specific theme, but where do you post questions not related to any theme?

Basically I want to know what it means to upgrade my account to "AppThemes Club upgrade to Club Developer". I can't find any explanation on what specifically that means and why it would be an "upgrade" option in my user account.

And the same question goes for "ClassiPress Developer Edition Renewal". What is it? Do I get access to all the Classipress child themes with it?

Also, I would like to know if you have received my last 3 or four idea suggestions. This is not for the idea theme, but instead ideas for classipress theme that I submitted in the past few days.

They were about a new login idea (panel), about an a - z link bar, basically these were two that come to mind right now its late. But I would like to know if you did in fact get these messages.
