Hey All

I would like to put a personal recommendation for the excellent support I had from Toni at WP Rabbits, Im no expert with Wordpress and
thought I would Jazz the site up by purchasing some of the super plugins available on the WP Rabbits website, I have posted numerous times in these support forums and have waited days and sometimes never even got a reply but I have to say that Toni is a total superstar when it comes to helping you with any issues for anything you purchase from them, the guy didnt just offer email support he connected to the website and fixed everything for me when I made a mess of things most people would just sell their product and leave you to get on with it, not these guys.

Sorry I have a totally different situation I bought from them a plugin - RateAds

Before I bought I asked a question through there contact form - over 3 weeks ago - No Reply - No Answer

I then decided to buy the plugin anyways - it did not work with another child theme I had bought - I sent another question to them through there contact form after my purchase over a week ago and still No Answer - No reply - No correspondence at all.

Either they do not get back to customers or their contact form is faulty

there was some problem and wpRabbits for some reason never received my emails

we are now in contact

and they are very helpful

Yep, WPrabbits themes and plugins are great!
The support is also awesome!
