As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Change Default Google Map to United States instead of World View
Is there a way to have the default Google Map just show the United States instead of the World View? In particular, I would like it that way when a Job Lister is filling out the listing form. I realize that it changes when they enter their information, but I would like it to show US only to begin with. Then it could change to where they are posting. I would like this because my site is in US.

I ask for this feature only to provide better site for my clients. This request is not made to offend anyone outside of the US.
