As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi Spartac,
Can you tell me how to make a couple more changes in simplux that I've been trying to make with no success.

1. How to remove arrows from lists?

2. How to hide the number count after each category in the lists?

3. How can I put a widget just above the browseby and tags box? Example, in visual there's a text box named Welcome. I'd like for it to appear above the other section, or maybe a ad box to appear above it?
