Job submit duplicating job packs

Hello,
I have been playing with the theme on a test site and I notice whenever I post a job, the job package used is duplicated in the job lister dashboard. Somewhere along the process, there's another package being assigned to the user? I have submitted jobs from the front end as would a job lister. This doesn't happen with the child theme disabled and just jobroller running. I also disabled all plugins to see if that fixed it, but no it didn't.

I think it has something to do with FXtender but I'm not sure. What's also strange, is if i disable FXtender, the styling on the theme breaks. I'll PM you some login info in case you need it.
