As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

JobRoller & Simplux Questions
I purchased the Simplux Child Theme and love it. I'm a newbie and it looked like it would make things easier for me, which it has. However, I have a problem and need help with it. In the Simplux admin area/Header Content/Header Left Side, the link button "Submit a Resume" doesn't link to anything. The "Submit a Job" button works fine, but not the "Submit a Resume" button. How and where can I fix it? Details will help as I am novice.
