    Not able to uplodad theme

    i upload theme in to wordpress but this message is appear The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    Simplux The parent theme is missing. Please install the “jobroller” parent theme.
    How i install this please help me.
