As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Problem fetching featured images on a job listing
Hi Spartac,

I'm not sure whether this is a simplux, wordpress, or my hosting service issue.

When adding the featured image to a job listing, I only see a portion of images (uploaded in the last 2 days). However when I go to the image gallary, all images are available.

This problem started today.

Any advice?
