As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Problem with Job Pack Add-ons
Hi Spartac,

I'm sooo frustrated! I am having problems with the add-ons for the job packs showing up. Under Additional options, the only box with choice showing up is the view resumes for the price and duration that I've setup. The Homepage & Listings along with Feature on Category is not showing up. Can you please tell me how I can fix this or what I've done wrong? I've tried everything in the tutorial but with no success.

In payment settings, I have these settings:
Job Plan Type: Pack
Buy Separate Job Packs: enabled
Display Categories: enabled
Featured Add-ons for Homepage & Listings: enabled with price and duration
Featured Add-ons for Feature on Category: enabled with price and duration
Resume Add-ons for View Resumes: enabled with price and duration
