As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Resume Search Question in Simplux
Hi Spartac,
Can you tell me what's going on with this page? It's the page that tells someone that they don't have access to the resumes. What I'm referring to is how the "go" button and "1mile" drop down box isn't lined up across the page nice and neat next to the search and location boxes. I'm sure you didn't intend for it to look like this? Is it missing something else? To me it doesn't look professional. Can you please tell me where to fix it with code.
