Simply Hired plugin issues

Hi,

I'm having issues with the Simply Hired plugin. I'm using version 1.2.2 of the plugin with JobRoller 1.8.5. There are no other plugins or child themes enabled. Here are my issues:

1) There is no Simply Hired logo shown with job results.

2) Simply Hired results are not showing up on the front page.

3) Simply Hired listings in search results - when getting to the apparent end of the relevant search results, instead of ending, it starts pulling in completely irrelevant results.

4) Browse by type, category, salary, or date returns no results. I don't think Simply Hired has salary information, but the other three should return something.

I think I'm setting things up right. If I switch to the Indeed integration, everything works. Any ideas on what I can look at?

I took a look at the API information. Some of the options look new to me. Maybe the API has changed again since 1.2.2?
