As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Featured Slider Descriptions
Hi,

My customers are getting ever more descriptive with their ads titles which is great, but the title appearing under the picture on the featured slider is chopping off at around 48 characters.

Is there a way to extend this cut-off point to say, 60 characters?
