Thread: main categories, sub categories edit

main categories, sub categories edit

Hello to everyone in the forums and to the developer,

Newbie amateur here. I wanted to know if anyone can point me to the answers I am looking for which are as follows:

1. to edit the main categories do i touch files (custom.css or any other files) of classipress or this child theme?

i tried editing the customs css of classipress and it has no effect on my (this) theme at the moment which leads me to believe that it has to be the css of this theme that i have to edit which leads
me to my next query:

2. which line/line number in the styles do i have to edit to for the main and sub categories (make them bold, font size etc) and

3. which line to edit if i want to adjust the spacing of the main categories as i do not want to have them single spaced. ( 1. displayed in directory style and 2 display on the main menu)
