As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Membership Pack How Is Yours Set Up?
Hello,

I'm really not sure how to set up my membership so if you can help I would be most grateful.

I want to charge different levels of membership:

Featured Ads: Say $10 to $20 dollars maybe for a week

Casual Ads: Say only might post once a year - Say $5

Annual Membership: Say, $30 for the year - unlimited advertising - not for businesses though. How can I restrict this?

This is just thinking out loud.

Would love to know how yours is set up and please provide pics and instruction if you're able.
