As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Simply Responsive - 3 fields do not update from language file
The most works great with the Translation files!

But I have 3 values which I entered into the PO-File but they do not update live.

These values I mean:

- My Ads (the Dashboard link title)
- My Orders (the Dashboard link title)
- Welcome, (the greeting text for new visitor above in the Header)

I also deleted the file on FTP to upload it again. If I delete it the other values Change to English. If I upload it again they Change to German but except the 3 values above!
