As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Starstruck delivers 500 server error on voted items
Hello, i have following problem:

If i try to vote on my site https://www.hunde-fan.de/hundemarkt an elder item, which already has votes, i get a warning up in the page: 500 internal server error. Elder items which already have votes are remaining on 1 star and 1 vote only. Clicking for voting for new items is working. This problem occurs since i changed the site from http to https. Can you please help me?
