As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

When will Stripe plugin collect other info like name and billing address?
When will the Stripe plugin be updated with the ability to collect name and address information to better validate cards against fraud? This is extremely important for my business as I need to validate local customers.

I noticed a thread on the forum where there was supposedly an update that would over this:
