Formatting Issue When Plugin Activated

Hello!

With the plugin installed and activated, something happens that I wonder it can be fixed.

Without the plugin, on individual listing pages, there is a tab that says Overview and a tab that says Reviews. When the plugin is activated, the Reviews tab nicely disappears, but the Overview tab does not disappear. This looks odd, as it does not make sense to have tabs if only one tab appears. It's like have a bullet point list with only one bullet point. I wish the result could be that both the Review tab and the Overview tab disappear, but the content of the Overview tab remains. Is it possible to make this happen?
