In Sort Method Window "Ratings" still appear

Hi

We have purchased the Switch Off Review Plugin and also the other one, Switch Off Favorites Plugin. So far, we are very satisfied with both plugins with one annoying exception with the Switch Off Review Plugin:


In the "Sort Method" feature which appears on the right top of the listings next to the sidebar (default, alphabetical, newest, random), the words Highest Ratings, Most Ratings, Recently Reviewed are still there when we use the Vantage theme with a smartphone. By using the theme with a desktop these words do not appear. When we reduce the window to smartphone size, they appear again. I hope, you understand what I mean, otherwise please ask me.

Could you fix this problem, please?
