Making Tabber work with Directory

Hi,

Purchased the Tabber plugin and can't seem to make it work. Using Vantage with Directory child theme. I don't see a place in WP Admin for "Custom Forms" but did set up something in "Forms" called "Tabber." Then set up three text areas, saved, then enabled each one for Tabber. That form and those fields don't appear in any of my listings so that I can enter info. Would appreciate any guidance for finding/using.

Also, we only want certain tabs visible for certain listings. For example, Hotels may need "Room Rates" and "Entertainment" tabs, while a restaurant may need a "Menu" and "Gallery" tab for images.
