As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

AppThemes TradeTracker could not run. The PHP SOAP extension is not available.
HELLO GUYS

I just bought the TradeTracker Coupons plugin for Clipper, install it and am very surprised to find an error, the plugin cannot be installed due to this error: "AppThemes TradeTracker could not run. The PHP SOAP extension is not available."

I'm not sure what that means but can you help sort this issue asap. I just paid for the plugin to expect it to work not fail on install :/

I urgently await your reply!
