    Top menu and site name disappeared

    My top head menu has disappeared on one of my multi sites, plus when I am not logged in the header title and advert are not there.

    When I am logged in to appearance theme customize with the preview screen it all shows as normal, with to header menu, adverts and title!
    This is so weird, I have checked setting against other sites, cleared cache etc.
