As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Name of the Page as logo - how to remove the color of the label?
Hi,

I am using no image as a logo of the site. Only the name itself is displayed as the "Logo". So unfortunately there the background of the logo is white, as you can see here: http://www.eideidei.de

so where can i remove the the background-color and change the font-color of the "logo"?
