As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

New childtheme.
Hello Spartac,

Got the new ultra classified childtheme last night and it's a winner. However I thought the slider is designed to show the featured ads but it's I guess only for images etc.

For some reason I can't make the CP featured slider work either. Would you please take a look. I have checked the Pricing section and the slider is checked to show but still not showing the ads.
