As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hello spartac,

I was reading an article urging the reader to update Revolution Slider due to a security issue, so I checked here and what did I see? An update of UltraClassifieds including the updated version of Revolution This is what I call a first-class service, thanks!

I have a question though: from what I could see in the changelog, the only change is this update, so is it possible to install the plugin only and leave all other files in place? I have made quite a few changes to files, so if I can avoid extra work, it would be great
