As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

dear Sir,

I purchased ultra classified theme last week. I'm using it for my classipress aroopam.com website

Website details :
Wordpress : 3.5.1
Classipress : 3.3.3 [latest]
Ultrapress child theme
Here are the list of issues
1) Ad Listing page doesnt work
2) Premium ribbon as advertised is not available in theme options
3) Revolution slider doesnt work
4) Tiles in ad listing page to view ads in four square boxxes doesnt work
5) Maps stopped working . It does work in classipress
6) Related ads option is not available

I'm looking to purchase this theme for my vantage in less than a week. Need to fix all the classipress theme issues ASAP
