As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

User Permission Really Needed?
Hello, I've purchased and installed the plug-in and it works really well.

My question relates to the user permission pop-up and if it's really needed? I would rather the system assumes permission (user can control this on their pc) rather than give a blank location, then rely on the user pushing the target, finding the pop-up and giving permission.

I'd also suggest asking for permission scares more customers than simply assuming permission is granted.
