    Herb-

The form size varies on each computer because of each screen resolution. If the form is still too large for your monitor, you can change it.

Edit the header.php file and search for line 143 or "height=560". Change that to a smaller height so it fits your window.

    I'm using firefox.

Hi David... decreasing that form height parameter helped a little. With my browser maximized or near maximized I can now see the entire form, which still has it's own scroll bar and requires scrolling down with it to see the entire form.

But if I decrease the size of my browser window even to what many would still consider a normal size, the form then becomes partially hidden/unviewable again at the top and bottom. This happens as soon as the height of my browser viewing window becomes shorter than the height of the form.

my laptop resolution is 1024x 768 and i set the form height to 400. This ad form gives off a claustrophobic vibe.

    RE: new post_form file.

Followed your instructions. Now when I enter data into all required fields and submit, the form processes but does not recognize the data entered. Sends me back to step one with all the required fields having the following error displayed above the form field and entered data displayed in the field.

    "Please enter a value."

I know you been working on it and sorry to bring more to you. Thanks.

    Re: 2.9.1: Continue Button

Guys I apologize for all the troubles some of you have been having with the new form. Apparently it's causing more headache than benefit compared to the previous version's form. So after some long and hard thought, I will be reverting the ClassiPress ad submit form back to the older ad submit form.

For those of you who are new and didn't have v2.8.2 or earlier, the previous version's form was not a pop-up window but rather a nice and smooth sliding down ad form. With that being said, we had no such problems with continue buttons not working, etc. The purpose of the new form was to make ClassiPress better utilizing a 3 step ad submit process. Apparently sometimes simpler is better.

We (myself and my developers) will be spending the next few days reverting back to the working form and will release it as v2.9.2 hopefully Monday or Tuesday. It is our top priority right now and I can't tell you how frustrating and painful it's been for us to hear our customers having problems.

Again, I appreciate you all hanging in there while we undergo this change and I assure you, ClassiPress will be working for everyone as expected soon.

    Re: 2.9.1: Continue Button

    Glad to hear it.
I went back to the slider form here after spending a few days trying to get the modal form working and think that it's actually a much smoother operation.
On my version though I couldn't get the steps or error messages to work so this maybe areas to watch.

Looking forward to seeing CP back to 100% perfect.
