I think there must be some problem with the host. But I can't provide any solution, as I am not an expert. I think you should discuss the matter with your host as well as an expert who can help you. If you are unable to find an expert you may visit http://www.supportonclick.com. The staffs out there are quite expert in solving a number of tricky problems related to email. They helped me a lot while I was having a lot of trouble in sending email few days back. I hope they will be able to solve your problem once you share it with them.

Re: Hello I have an email problem - contact the poster emails

All was working pretty well with 3.0.2 - until the 'contact the poster' function in the RH sidebar stopped working.

No changes made anywhere, code, WP config, or hosting.
A number of test messages sent and received OK, the ' Your message has been sent!' message appears - but no emails received by enquirer - 4 different email addresses tested.

Anyone got a clue on this? Need to hand over to client who is fine if everything works - but not if there are glitches . .

    TIA

    *bump*

I have the same problem as zontor. Anything that would help solve this is very much appreciated!

FYI, I am using Bluehost if that makes any difference.

Re: Hello I have an email problem

This is Classipress version 2.9.3 thread and so I think It would be better to start a new topic in the Version 3 thread so that it can easily be attended.
Please help our moderating team work more efficiently by not sending us support questions via PM. You can read more about how AppThemes support works here. However, you can send a PM to follow up and remind me if I missed your support request/thread.

Thank you and have a nice day.
