    Major Bug - Need Help ASAP!

    All my listings just went to uncategorized AND disappreared from the site. I can see them in the backend and they say published but nothing shows on the front end. And in the back end, there doesn't seem to be any way to add back categories. It was working fine, then I visited the site when I got home and found it empty?

    The categories must still be there because otherwise they wouldn't show in the navbar. This is really screwy!

    It also says "There are no drafts at the moment" under Recent Drafts, but there are drafts in the list of posts.

    The categories all show up on the front page as though they have posts in them. But "Uncategorized" does not. In the back end, they all say Uncategorized. When I go to any of the categories, they don't show up. It's like they can't decide what category they're in.

    It's gone crazy!!! Now they're showing on the front page but not under categories. And some are showing under subcats but not parent cats, and others are showing under parent cats but not subcats.

    This is just so bizarre. I left for a few mins and came back and it was fixed. What could cause something like this?

    Turns out my host had some kind of an issue. I should have known since it happened on its own.

    Yes, if you get category issues like this it's most likely related to your host, database, or WordPress in general. ClassiPress just uses the category feature of WordPress and would not screw them up.

    That's got to be scary...

    Who do you host with? Maybe switch hosts? has that ever happened before? It's curious why it would do that all of a sudden with no changes on your end.
