Strange warning and code appear on header in front page!

I don't know why?

I have take the site down because of this. Need to handle urgently! please help!

Have you tried contacting your host?

Your hosting company have disabled the php exec() command or is running on safe mode. Some hosting companies would turn on again if you tell them you need that functionality on. However, since the message is saying "for security reason" I doubt they would activate it again. Just find another hosting, they suck anyway. I have seen same complains with e-commerce sites and also the wordpress gallery 2 plugin.
