About grunion contact form

This is for people who use grunion contact form

after several hours of working on this form:

1- this code:
<div class="contact-form"><h2>Contact listing owner</h2><?php echo do_shortcode("[contact-form]"); ?></div>
does not work on child theme.
Only on the vantage single-listing.php page. this is very uncomfortable with a vantage update.
however it works very well and thx for the recommended plugins post.

2 - when i put the code[contact-form] in the sidebar of single listing sidebar, it send it to the website owner and not to the post owner. and the subject is "sidebar" instead of the name of the post...
all my extensions are deactivate, does anyone can help me on this????
