Can we add a job or classified board to our Vantage sites?

Hello, I;m new to the vantage theme...Just bought and installed it a day ago and so far loving it.

I want to develop a community listing directory but would also like to offer a classified section for free. Any suggestion for that or do you think this is something that can be done in the future?

I also own job roller theme but they look different and I want everything to function with the same user login so I doubt job roller will work since I'm looking for something that can be a plugin or have a way of integrating job roller to vantage.
