Can a user upload profile photo from their front end profile page?

Hi Vantage,

I am using Vantage and Directory child theme, so not sure if I should be asking this here with Vantage, or with Directory...

I can't seem to be able to edit profile picture from the front end profile page. I clicked on edit profile and the page has all the fields except profile pic. Where can I go to edit pic from front end? I don't remember being asked to upload a profile pic either when registering for an account.

Please help.
