Categories......
On my site i have the country category, Example England followed by many sub cats that sort as to local areas (Counties).

England
-Surrey
-Sussex
-London

When users place their ads, how do I Disable posting in the main category (England) so they can only post in the subcategory if i have it set to 1 Category included..?
