Change themes from ClassiPress to Vantage
Years ago I set up mrmortgage.net.au on Classipress because Vantage was not available.
Now I want to change the theme, and thought it would be just a matter of changing Classipress for Vantage. What a mess.
The themes do not play with each other.
This is the warning I got.

Changing back did not fix the issues, so I changed to Twenty Eleven theme, but the mess was propagated there also.
The categories and listing and logins forms all want to get into menus. Then they duplicate themselves everywhere.
As I had few listings, I was thinking of emptying all categories and just saving the posts and pages, and starting afresh.
Any directions on this would be appreciated.
