Question Changing Vantage searchboxes to drop downs.

    Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has attempted something like this with vantage before.

We've got a new directory site we're going to build, and we want to strip out the double search box [Search for][Near] and replace it with an image [example: http://www.weddinghouse.com.au/ ], with a drop down search menu using this plugin [ http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/multiple-category-selection-widget/ ].

We then want to put a single search box (just keywords not location) either above the top right of the header, or in the right sidebar.

From what we can see, none of the other sites using Vantage have tried this before, so if you have any tips, we'd appreciate them, or if you've tried something similar, we'd love to hear it!

    Thanks.
