    CSV format for Vantage

    Hi,
    I'm new to CSV imports into WP. What format does the CSV file have to be?
    What does it(the tables) look like?
    If someone could post a sample I'd appreciate it.

    Or on the reverse, can I export a sample from WP to look at? How?
