    Delete some sort order choices

    Hi. I am building a business directory site that will have no reviews or ratings. Therefore I would like to remove the "most rated", "best rated", "latest review" possibilities from the sort dropdown. I want only the default, newest, alphabetical and random sorting. I guess the dropdown list is hidden somewhere in the fiels and needs to be edited. But which file should I edit? Thanks.
