direct jump to payment - selecting payment plan e.g. with third party plan

Hi

anyone out there who could explain how to jump directly to payment selection - because want to use a plugin like

but therefore I need to know how to call the last step of plan selection

so I want to select a plan within a plugin like: plan03.jpg

and jump directly to: plan02.jpg

instead of first choosing the traditional way by using default payment plan selection:

plan01.jpg

any help are welcome
