    Exclude DASHBOARD from Robots.txt

Hi, what is the best way to exclude the DASHBOARD/etc/etc/ from the robots.txt? Basically I am getting a lot of duplicate title tags and they all seem to be pointing to the "dashboard/favorites/", "dashboard/listings/" and "dashboard/reviews/". Obviously when a new user registers a new link is created with their username at the end and I want to exlude all of these from the google search to avaiod the issue with duplicate title tags. Alternativly is there a way to cusomtise the title tage with their username? I have been able to do this using the Yoast SEO plugin for the actual listings which is working well.

    Any help appreciate!
