Extend Contact Information Form Fields - Add New Listing Admin Page - Vantage

I have tried searching the forum for an answer to this but I am only finding similar posts in relation to CSV import.

On the Add New Listing page in the Admin Panel of the Vantage theme I want to add a filed to the Contact Information form.
I would like to add an email address field. I would rather have it here (with the existing contact info) than create a new custom form with only one field for an email address.

Is this possible or been implemented by anyone?
