Free Listings but charge for optional Homepage Feature with Vantage?

Hi,

I have setup a few listings for local businesses for them so I have made them infinity lasting so that they don't expire.

I want the business owner to be able to claim their listing for free but have the option to pay $199 for Featuring it on the Homepage for 30 Days.

So that once they have claimed their business listing successfully they can pay for the "Featured Homepage Listing for 30 Days" from their account.

I've tried a bunch of different payment plans and settings but I can't seem to figure it out.

Any ideas on how to set this up?
