How to Add a custom field to Vantage built in submission forms submission form

Does anyone know how I can ad an extra field on the built in submission form that is the standard forms for accepting listings and events through the frontend of the site.


I am not talking about the Vantage Custom Form Builder

Please help as the standard built in options do not fit what I need the theme for and in my option should be able to be set by the admin.
