How do I make registration required in order to send the "Contact Listing Owner" form
I've searched and searched for the answer, no success.
I want to require registration to the site before someone can send the "Contact Listing Owner" form. As it is now, anyone can send the form without registration.
I need detailed information on how to do this because I am not a programmer.
