    How to remove Comments (Leave a reply form pages)

    I am having this issue of having "Leave a reply" on my site under contact us and few other pages. Have done some search on google and here and found instruction about setting OFF comments but has not worked.

    I have disabled comments in setting >> Discussions and also on the pages but still can not get red of comments either from my "Contact Us" page which is using ([si-contact-form form='1']) or from other pages such "Privacy Policy" or "Terms and Conditions" page.

    Please help screen attached. My site is www.salonaustralia.com.au
