How Do You Assign A Custom Front Page In Vantage

The are a couple of sites on the Customer Showcase (viBreeze.com and Marietta.net) page that have assigned their front pages to a custom designed page with the listings pages listed in a custom fashion as well. This seems logical for those sites that are using Vantage for community websites. My question here is, primarily, how do you assign a custom front page in Vantage?
